Thermo-Isolating O2 Bungs (Screw-In) Reducing the exhaust gases flowing

 

Application:

●  Tired of burning out O2 sensors on your pre-turbo O2 installation such as BMW N54 etc? Now you do not have to. The Thermo-Isolating O2 bungs either screw into your existing O2 bung, or weld into manifold or header. These bungs then isolate the O2 from the direct heat a pre-turbo sensor sees. They do this by reducing the exhaust gases flowing over the sensor, as well are lift the element away from the hot manifold with 8 heat sinks for weld-in, and 4 for screw in.
The Thermo-Isolating O2 bungs are machined from Billet 310SS for extreme heat resistance.

●  The dot on the hex must face into the exhaust stream to form a venturi effect and move the exhaust through the bung and across the sensor effectively.
For the weld in, this is easily achieved, for the screw in, there are numerous ways to do it annealing the washer is one way, this will allow it to be very soft, and you can get more turn on, more washers are also available for a small charge if you wish to stack to get the right orientation.

Delivery

1. We ship to all over the world via EMS. If some places cannot be reached via EMS, we may use express or postal air parcel. If you prefer other fast services, ie. DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, please tell me as well.

2. Tracking number will be given once the parcel is sent.

3. Each country has different custom’s tax rates; tax is not included in your shipping cost, you may need to pay extra for the custom’s tax depending on where the goods are sent.

Customer Services & Warranty & Return Policy

  1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns, exchanges, or replacements 7-14 days after you received the package from us, however, the goods have to be in good condition and unused. Please note, unless the product is faulty, it must be returned at your own expense, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected and a refund will be processed within 30 working days. If the product is found to be in an unreasonable condition, we reserve the right not to accept it. Arashi Dynamics is not responsible for any shipping charges.
  2. Every turbo has a 1-year warranty coverage. Other parts and accessories are covered against only manufacturing defects upon receipt of the products.
  3.  Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty, and therefore will be charged.
